WARMUP · 3PEAKS
Warmup turns the people you already know into a deck you swipe: each contact is a card, you tag them warm, hot or cold, and you can say one sentence out loud about them while you look at them. If something is not working, this page is the fastest way through it.
Get in touch
Email it@3peaks.dev. We read everything and answer as quickly as we can. There is no phone line and no chat — a written report with what you were doing when it happened is worth more than either.
This opens your own mail app with the message ready to send, to it@3peaks.dev. Nothing is sent from this page, and nothing is stored here.
The usual problems
A voice note did not appear
Notes upload in the background, so a note recorded without signal waits on the phone rather than being lost. The deck shows a single strip when something needs you, and tapping it offers the one repair that exists: retry for a note still on the phone, or typing it out when the recording came back with nothing usable. Your swipes are saved either way — a failed note never costs you the verdict.
The microphone is off
iOS only asks once. If it was declined, the recorder bar on the deck reads Mic is off · turn it on and opens the way back: Settings › Warmup › Microphone. Swiping works without it — you simply do not get the sentence about each person.
Warmup cannot see my contacts
Same rule: iOS asks once, and Settings › Warmup › Contacts is the only way back. You do not need it, though. Sources lets you add people from a LinkedIn export or a vCard, and neither needs anything from your address book.
I want to start over
Settings has an account deletion that removes everything: contacts, queues, notes and transcripts. It is immediate and it is total, and there is no undo — see Privacy for exactly what is erased.
Signing in
The iPhone app signs in with Apple or with Google; the website signs in with Google. If you used Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, that is fully supported — the relay address Apple gives us works, and we never need your real one. Signing in on a second device does not sign you out of the first.
Your data
Contacts are read once and read-only; nothing is ever written back to your phone and nobody is ever messaged. Voice notes are transcribed and the audio is then deleted — only the text is kept. Privacy says all of this in detail, and Terms covers the rest.
