Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Warmup, made by 3Peaks. Using the app means agreeing to them. They are written to be read, so they are short.

The service

Warmup helps you triage your own contacts and keep notes about them. It is offered as-is, and it is early: features change, and things occasionally break. Warmup is currently free. If that changes you will be told in advance, and no existing data will be held hostage to it.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. One account is one person; do not share yours. You must be at least 16.

Your data stays yours

Your contacts and your notes belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and no right to use them beyond running the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete everything at any time from Settings, and doing so is immediate and final.

What you agree not to do

• Upload contact data you have no right to hold, or use Warmup in a way that breaks the privacy or marketing laws that apply to you.
• Use Warmup to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to harass anybody.
• Attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach other people’s data.
• Resell the service or scrape it for someone else’s product.

The contacts you import are real people who did not sign up for Warmup. Handling their details lawfully and decently is your responsibility, and it is the one obligation here we would actually enforce.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service or other people; where circumstances allow, we will explain why first.

Warranties and liability

Warmup is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law permits. It is a tool for organising your own notes, not a system of record: keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent permitted by law, 3Peaks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use Warmup afterwards means accepting them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, without removing any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
